Who controls your data

The data controller for this website is Plutonium Interactive, based in Italy. You can reach us at support@plutoniuminteractive.com.

What we collect, and when

We collect nothing unless you send it to us. If you use the contact form we receive the name you typed, your email address, the topic you chose and your message. Our server also records a one-way hashed version of your IP address for a short period, purely to stop the form being abused by bots.

If you subscribe to updates, we receive your email address and the fact that you consented.

Why we are allowed to

Consent, which you give explicitly by ticking the box before submitting. You can withdraw it at any time and we will delete what we hold.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, because that is how the message reaches us. Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and there is no analytics script on this site.

How long we keep it

• Contact messages: deleted after 24 months.
• Anti-abuse records (hashed IP): deleted after 24 hours.
• Subscription addresses: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email support@plutoniuminteractive.com and we will action it within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Fonts, video and third parties

Our fonts are served from our own server, not a third-party CDN, so loading this page does not send your IP address to anyone else. Any embedded video is click-to-load and uses a no-cookie host, meaning nothing loads from that provider unless you press play.
